Upon interest of the shortlisted bidders, HETA BG will extend its offer also to receivables against the former lessee Keramika Pliska I.P. AD, collateralized in favor of HETA BG by way of a mortgage over a resort hotel located on the Bulgarian seaside.

The tender will be organized in three stages: (i) first stage is identifying interested bidders, (ii) second stage includes a due diligence process and submission of binding offers, (iii) third stage is nominating the best bidder and closing the transaction. This tender notification concerns the commencement of the first stage.

Bidders are required to express and confirm their participation interest by contacting the persons below not later than 22 October 2015 and delivering an executed Non-Disclosure-Agreement ("NDA") not later than 26 October 2015. Those bidders, who express their participation interest in the announced tender not later than 22 October 2015, would be required to sign a NDA, unilaterally prepared by HETA BG, and to provide documents for legal standing and powers of representation. Please note that only bidders, who have signed and delivered the NDA together with the requested documents to HETA BG (in a scanned copy per email) would be shortlisted for the second tender stage and would be provided with an access to the industrial property for on-site visits.
