HETA Asset Resolution Bulgaria OOD ("HETA BG") as seller announces the first stage of a tender procedure for sale of real estates in Plovdiv and Sofia.

- "Residence Stariya Grad"
A residential building "Residence Stariya Grad" with a gross built area of 2,243 sq.m., located in: Knyaz Ceretelev St. No 11, Plovdiv (Stariya Grad) (ул. "Княз Церетелев" № 11, гр. Пловдив), together with the underlying regulated land with an area of 940 sq.m.;
- "Boyana Residential house"
A residential house with a gross built area of 2,446 sq.m., consisting of 21 apartments, 21 garages and retail space (137.19 sq.m.), located in: Prohlada St. No 6, Sofia (ул. Прохлада № 6, гр. София), together with the underlying regulated land with an area of 1,044 sq.m.
Disclosure Note to both Residence Stariya Grad and Boyana Residential house: Both properties had been leased by HETA BG as lessor and are currently in repossession status, subject to (i) repossession (legal) actions through HETA BG from the former lessee and (ii) counter-claims initiated by the former lessee.
Tender procedure:
The tender will be organized in three stages: (i) first stage is identifying interested bidders, (ii) second stage includes a due diligence process and submission of binding offers, (iii) third stage is nominating the best bidder and closing the transaction. This tender notification concerns the commencement of the first stage.
Tender participation:
Bidders are required to express and confirm their participation interest by contacting the persons below not later than 12 December 2015 and delivering an executed Non-Disclosure-Agreement ("NDA") not later than 14 December 2015. Those bidders, who express their participation interest in the announced tender not later than 12 December 2015, would be required to sign a NDA, unilaterally prepared by HETA BG, and to provide documents for legal standing and powers of representation. Please note that only bidders, who have signed and delivered the NDA together with the requested documents to HETA BG (in a scanned copy per email) could, on sole discretion of HETA BG, be shortlisted for the second tender stage.
Invited are bidders with a good reputation and which satisfy the HETA's compliance rules.
